The chapter does not directly provide game assignments. However there are members of the chapter that represent various leagues as assignors. The chapter can provide a list of assignors that are chapter members and other assignors that are non- members.

First of all, it takes patience. In addition, the key ingredients to “moving up” are refereeing as many games as possible, being available when an assignor needs you, accepting criticism in a positive manner, attending off-season training camps, attending chapter meetings, getting as much exposure to as many leagues and assignors as possible and, finally, show a true passion and enjoyment in refereeing basketball.
